The closing of military bases throughout the U.S.A. has caused much concern to those areas losing bases.  Fort George G. Meade in Maryland has been the beneficiary of some of the largest force and asset movements in the country.  What has been bad for many other places will help Anne Arundel County with billions of dollars in recession proof jobs.  This additional income into the area will also have a cascading effect on the rest of the employment, retail, service, and real estate markets. 

The whole Central Maryland area will benefit, in particular, any area adjacent to Fort Meade  Our hope is that the Anne Arundel County Government will follow through with timely improvements to handle this steady and rapidly increasing inflow of residents into the area.
